Bad chart.xml

I’ve tried editing this charts.xml file. I can open it, but as soon as I try to edit it, GC crashes. Is there a way to fix this? Thanks in advance for your help.

I fixed the crash in master, once ci finish you can download a binary for testing from https://ci.appveyor.com/project/Joern-R/goldencheetah-knhd8/builds/53822508 following the links for your OS then Artifacts
