Bluetooth pairing failures

Hi everyone, I hope you're all doing well! Despite following all the instructions I received, I haven't been able to pair the Bluetooth of my Smart Trainer (SARIS H3) with my laptop.                                                I've attached images; if anyone can help, I'd appreciate it.

De todas las indicaciones que se me envio no he podido emparejar el bluetooth del smart trainner (SARIS H3) con mi laptop.                                                                                                      Anexo imagenes si alguien me puede ayudar

Hi, since you already created a thread for this and received a response it is a good practice to follow up there, please don't create new ones.

Looking at the cad2.jpg it seems you are starting an ANT+ device in GC without an ANT+ adapter, not a BT device, please see the wiki for how to select the proper device if you created more than one: https://github.com/GoldenCheetah/GoldenCheetah/wiki/UG_Side-Bar_Train-view, the FAQs on Train may also help if you are new to GC: https://github.com/GoldenCheetah/GoldenCheetah/wiki/FAQ-TRAIN

According to cad1.jpeg your trainer supports ANT+ and likely FC-E, I don't know if it can be controlled by GC using BT/FTMS, may be other Saris H3 user can help you.
