ADD Tacx Neo in device and real time data

Hi, 

I recently bought a Tacx Neo indoor trainer and would like to use Golden Cheetah latest version on MAC. As I am new to Golden Cheetah I find parts difficult and the WIKI does not solve my questions. 

I managed to add the Tacx Neo but the data does not appear in the Golden Cheetah software. I had the antenna for ANT+ and it does find it, however it does not seem to receive data.

Can anybody help with the problem?

Hi,

did you select the FE-C or Fitness Equipment Control channel during the device wizard? Also, on the Train page, make sure to press the red power button on the bottom panel. This connects to the sensors and starts displaying live data.

Have you got the last version 3.4 installed with the last patch.
Select the activity mode (As far as I remember I had issues in train mode)
Then go to menu Tools
Then option
Then Training
Select + to add your Tacx
Then select a device ANT an FEC wait ~5 sec.
Start pedaling and here you go.

Hi,

can't I connect the Tacx Neo via Bluetooth witch GC on mac os?
Works fine with Zwift Desktop/iPhone and other mobile apps but does not with GC Desktop.

Any experience?
