Hi,
I would like to do some graph like garmin connect, to compare the target with the real power. When i do a trainning session.
I would like to do some graph like garmin connect, to compare the target with the real power. When i do a trainning session.
The target power with the times are saved on .fit file. There are some posibility to extract this values to get a serie and do the plot?
Attach the picture from garmin, and the values for the .fit file.

If you use GoldenCheetah Train with erg mode workouts the target load will be imported as TRAIN/LOAD XData, to read workout data from fit files is a pending feature request https://github.com/GoldenCheetah/GoldenCheetah/issues/3701
