For some reason the linefeed characters (\n) are ignored in the Save dialog text labels on Mac OSX (they are honored under Linux). The wordwrap attribute is set to true to ensure the dialog boxes are more pleasing to the eye.

Applies cleanly to head.

Regards,
Mark

PS: I have tried different versions of the Qt sdk under Mac OSX including the latest 4.6 release to no avail. Any hints as to why the behavior is different will be gratefully received!

Ugh. Ignore this patch, it makes Linux look ugly where the \n is
honored and word wrap means the \n is after one word in the warning
dialog.

Is it just me that gets really ugly dialog boxes on Mac OS X?

Mark

OK. So its just me!

Justin has provided a screenshot from his build and it is fine. Weird.
I guess my Qt libs are a bit shot.
