Good morning,
in GC i have the possibility to add a metric called TRIMP POINTS and a metric called POINTS TRIMP.
What are the differences between the two values seeing as numeric values are different?
What value to consider a workload?

THANKS

There are 3 flavors of TRIMPs in GoldenCheetah:
- TRIMP Points - the original Morton/Banister with Green et al coefficient.
- TRIMP(100) Points - same as above but scaled so 1 hour at LTHR gives 100 points to "align" it with TSS/BikeScore.
- TRIMP Zonal Points - points are accumulated according to time in zone weighted by a zone coefficient, which is defined in HR Zones: https://github.com/GoldenCheetah/GoldenCheetah/wiki/UG_Preferences_Athlete_Training-Zones
Perhaps we should add an entry to FAQ.

Do 1 and 2 use only average hr for the workout as Morton and Banister did, or does it go reading by reading?

You can look that up / and if necessary adjust / enhance / create a new chart by yourself.

PMC (TRIMP) in v3.1 uses TRIMP Points and you can't define a PMC based on the other flavors, which should be possible in 3.11, AFAIK.
