Glitch in rawdata

Hello,

i did import a garmin activity as .fit, tcs, gpx and i noticed that there is something weird in the data imported. I am attaching the screenshot which shows a sudden jump from time 0 to time 00:07 with a weird distance field. I cant find the 0 to 07 seconds in between even though they display correctly on garmin connect. 

Any idea whats the issue here and how to fix?
