Meaning of numbers in parentheses on "Athlete Bests" section

And if my life depended on it, I can’t figure out what the numbers in parentheses next to the Athletes Bests values mean.

They obviously have something to do with dates displayed, but that’s as far as my inner sherlock gets.

any hints?
