Is it possible to create a graph that tracks watts per kg over time?

So as I loose weight and get fitter I can see, say, how my CP/kg, 20 minute W/kg and 5 minute W/kg develop?

Thanks,

Ed

I was just thinking about this last night as other indicators of fitness over the season.  While the TSS trend line tells a general picture, I'd like to similarly track my 10s, 1m, 5m, 20m powers to really see where the specific work of the racing season kicks in.

Of course.

There is a tutorial on setting up charts to track stuff over time on the goldencheetah.org website

Hi Mark,

Thanks for replying. That video is great and very helpful - I had already used it to set up a "PM2" chart, but that doesn't quite fit what I would like.

I've attached an image that might make it clearer. I'm my aerobic power chart (or a new, similar chart) I'd like to be able to make the Y axis Watts/Kg. I've added my weight to current chart which gives the information I want to track, but it'd be great to be able to set it to W/Kg.

Thanks,

Ed

At 5:30 in the video I show how to plot bests.
At 7:00 in the video I show how to plot estimates from a PD model.

You can choose a power duration in watts, w/kg in both.

I have made many charts and am comfortable withe process. Following your vid however produces a blank graph when I try to plot estimated CP exactly as described in the vid. Any thoughts?
