Is there a PMC chart that quantifies the trainning load using the swim pace, heart rate or running pace, and bike power?

Yes, PMC (TriScore) in standard library and other TriScore PMC in CloudDB.

but my graph has a strange trend. I don't think it's correct, and I don't know why it could be.

I think I have corrected it. Some swimming activities gave me too high values in terms of ctl and atl that disfigured the entire graph. But I do not know why.

I still don't know how to do it. As an example, I attach two files with values in the CTL,ATL,TSB, which in my opinion, are high.

I can check your files eventually, but they will not reveal nothing different than what is explained in the FAQs, fix the the speed and TriScore will be recomputed.
WRT PMC metrics you should understand they depend on your training history, not just these files, you can filter activities s.t. TriScore>1000 to identify the ones to be fixed.
