I'm using tab view at the moment and was wondering if there is any way of grouping charts under headings, so for example I can have all my my cycling charts grouped under one heading, swimming under another heading, running another etc? I was hoping to have a few master tab headings accorss the top and the charts nested under those headings.
Thanks
Abe

No, currently there is no facility like this, it has been discussed here previously and some good ideas have been sketched but nothing was implemented yet.

In Trends you can have a Library chart which is a placeholder to show the selected chart on the left sidebar which can be customized, but this is restricted to Metrics Trends charts only.

I am thinking about this. To be able to group the graphs at your convenience in the activities tab. I am thinking about if there is the possibility of making a small code in pyton that calls the different charts and thus be able to display it in a mosaic form.
I do not know if I have expressed myself correctly.

Here is an open issue indicating a possible direction for this if anyone wants to contribute: https://github.com/GoldenCheetah/GoldenCheetah/issues/3535

For the moment there are some minor changes in v3.6 to reduce the number of charts: Histogram chart allows to select the data series from the reveal controls enabled when hovering the cursor over the top of the chart, this allows to have just one Histogram chart and quickly switch between Power, HR,  Speed, Cadence, etc. instead of having 4 or more separate charts. The same applies to CP chart.
The ability to easily reorder the charts allows to put the frequently used on the left for easy access too.
