What does each of the 4 number in the corner means? (33.3%, 37.9%, 17.8%, 11.0%)

Thanks
Christian

Its the percentage of the ride time you spent in each quadrant :)

Hmm so are we talking about each dots? What does the Quadrant represent?

Top Left: Z1, Z2, Z3, Z4, Z5, Z6, Z7
Top Right: Z4, Z5, Z6, Z7
Bottom Left: Z1, Z2, Z3, Z4
Bottom Right: Z1, Z2, Z3, Z4, Z5, Z6, Z7

I should have mentioned the original concept (as mentioned in Alex's blog) was from Dr Andrew Coggan.

Cool thanks Mark!

One question, in the article it says that the "green line", red line in my case is the FTP... but for me it's the value of my CP that I have set in my preference of 278W do I have my CP set at the wrong value?

If I look at the Critical Power Chart, CP60=303W with a W' of 13kj, if I use the Critical Power Estimator I get a CP of 259W and W' of 32kj for (5"@367W, 60@268W) or 334W and a W' of 10kj (5"@367W, 20"@342W) but according to Trainer Road, my FTP from my last 20" test I scored 323W...

I'm a bit confused :S

thanks
C.

Coggan deleted his post from the Google Group. Re-posting it, for the record.

Just can't bring yourself to give credit where credit is due, eh? ;)

No, not me - for some reason one of the moderators did.

It wasn't deleted by a moderator.
It /was/ held for moderation by Google, I clicked on 'post and always allow posts from this address'.

That's odd - my browser still shows the post to have been deleted.

That's also odd: if it were held for moderation, how did Brett ever see it?

I clicked on 'post and always allow posts from this address'.

And yet, it still doesn't seem to have shown up - wierd, that.

See the forwarded post to the list - it was marked as spam.
I am unable to mark it otherwise since it doesn't appear.

I have no interest in censoring your posts, its not how we work here.

Thanks for the explanation.

Glad to hear it (esp. since I'm treading on very thin ice w/ my other post!).

No problem. I am going to delete the post I forwarded as it contains your email address.
I am very sorry for that, it was completely accidental.

No worries. My email address is common knowledge.
