You are welcome.
I'd not tinkered with much code, html or 100 years ago DOS batch files from He!! with ansi codes stuck in a 4k environment echoed for pretty output. It was fun once I got my sea legs back under me a bit.
Now how do I copy the workouts I imported the gpx files over to my other PC without recreating for other PC? I copied the entire user folder with the config folder but that did not do it.
I have 2 lap tops, one in the shop with the CT. I've been working on editing the video-layout.xml and importing GPX into workout in the house testing with robot. So question is how do I get the workouts I created onto the laptop out in the shop from the work I di on the inside laptop, what do I copy over?
All methods described above, except the last one, copy Workout and VideoSync files to the Workout and VideoSync Library folder when the original files is in a different folder, so you end up with 2 copies of each file in this case: the original which remains untouched, and the copy in the Workout and VideoSync Library folder which is actually used, eventually modified and deleted if you remove it from the library using Train SideBar.
Scan never copies Workouts and VideoSync files to the Workout and VideoSync Library folder, so beware they are always used, eventually modified and deleted from their original location. Additionally Scan rebuilds the TrainDB database (References to files not present in current scan are removed from the library, newly scanned ones are added, and those already present remain unaffected), so it is an effective way to re-sync it when you add, move or delete files to the scanned folders without using the GoldenCheetah interfase."
