Anyone else getting a VCRuntime140.dll error with the Development Build?
Any suggestions? I'm prolly being soft..../

Did you check ReadMe.txt? There's some installation instructions there, which includes installing "Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015". The installer is bundled and available in the zip-file. I think this is what's missing in your case.

Erik, thank you, sorry, user error.
While I had thought I'd installed VCRedist, it was in fgact the wrong version.
