Beware to backup your config if you plant to go back to a previous version since Metrics Trends charts will be blank in that case, metrics will be recomputed on the first start, so take a break and do other things until it finishes.

Just a warning.. the link from `Snapshot Builds` on the GoldenCheetah website
leads to a MacOS version that is not https and has a different checksum. If you
manually change the download link to https you get the correct file.

Good Morning,

In 3.7, I'm having an issue with Mark' Liversedge's Puchowicz-Baker-Clarke Omni-Domain Power-Duration Model - getting an error in the Model — "function 'uniq' expects 1 parameter(s) not 0"

I'm not sure what I can do to overcome this...

Windows defender prevents me from downloading the executable for the reason that it has detected the virus:Trojan:Win32/Wacatac.B!ml

I cannot reproduce this on Windows 11 23H2, be sure your system is updated, but very often it is a false positive, do a Google search and you will find more information.

I cannot reproduce this downloading this chart from CloudDB:

Fit the Omni-domain Power Duration Model to estimate CP and W'

Will also show RMSE for the model fit, TTE at 300 watts and plot normalised residuals.

May be there is problem with your local version of the chart, uniq function has not changed, try downloading it again.

I did that, and deleted the old version...

now there is another issue... it seems to be with that type of model - built with the internal modeller (not R or Python) .... the graphs are not rendering on the computer -- the background calculations are working, and when I export the chart image, the renderings ARE on the PNG.

btw... this is Mac OS 14.4.1

If you mean this chart I cannot reproduce the problem, it works as expected on my MacBook Air using macOS 14.4.1

No, this type of chart:

inclosed is a screen shot (model not rendering), and an Exported Chart Image ... in this case its the ODPM, but any chart of this style, is having the same behaviour .

Actually this morning I found 1 model of this type, that is working — the CS vs MMP model (see screen shot) — I don't what is different about this model vs. the others

OK I've found the chart type name. The type of Chart, I'm finding problematic are User Charts

So you see these issue in some User Charts, but not all of them, have you found any pattern?

I seem to be having some luck recreating these User models, by copying the programming and settings into a new model... and the graphs are plotting

— I say "seem" because GC crashed just as I finished and my work disappeared. — I'll start again later.

There is a known issue not specific to this build or macOS which can produce this behavior, see https://github.com/GoldenCheetah/GoldenCheetah/issues/4267 for details and workarounds.
