R Chart v4.0.5

I had some trouble installing ggplot2 package in R Chart v3.5.2, probably unsupported now?? Can't install it within GC or as standalone RGui. Get non-zero error on several of the packages (I checked and have write privilege to the install/library folder). 

So I installed R Chart v4.0.5 and tried that with GC (ggplot2 installs fine), but get no output in the console or the chart window.

I see 2 possible solutions:

a) somehow get ggplot2 installed in 3.5.2 - I'm stumped (googling suggests 3.5.2 is too old).

b) get 4.0.5 working in GC.

Any ideas?
