Hi, just hoping someone can point me in the right direction, i am unable to get a GOVSS calculation for my runs.

I have set all my running zones (CP / HR / CV). I looked in the GOVSS.cpp I see to get the calculation it uses, LNP, XPace, RTP and IWF.

It would appear that my issue is that I am unable to get an RTP calculation, which I think I am correct in saying is computed from Critical Velocity. As far as I am concerned I entered CV correctly into my Zones.

I assume the IWF (defined as LNP/RTP) will be calculated and then GOVSS once I have RTP calculated, but now I am stuck, can anyone help?

If relevant I also have "inbuilt" power in my Garmin Forerunner 255.

Have you entered Height and Weight for the Athlete? Both are used to compute RTP from CV

Yes, that’s ok, but your Pace zones start today so they not apply for previous activities, are you looking at an activity from a previous date?

Ah thats it, adjusted the date (backdated to test) . GOVSS calculated. Ah so frustrated I couldnt work that for myself. Thank you for your time. Is there a way to mark this topic closed?
