Dear Rajeev,
You remember Alind Recreation club used to arrange many top class dramas at our Auditorium.One actress who used to sing and act was known to all of us. She recently passed away. Smt Sulochana.One day before her death she appeared in an TV interview and the program continued for about half an hour. Advt between program was not much as we watch now a days.It was a program in which she can be contacted over phone and the sound of person calling will be audible.Smt Sulochana will give replies.I tried to speak, but didnot get line.The program brought old memories. I remember her with curled hair.Mudianaya puthran in which acted and if I am right she sing Ambiliammava which was a hit drama song.Many dramas were referred .Some famous sons like Talakkumeede Sunyaakasam ,Chepuu kilukkunna changathi etc are remarkable and cant be forgotten.
Along with her Mr George(late) also used to sing . His voice is great like that of Md Rafee.We were lucky to see all these during our younger days at Alind colony.
Smt Sulochana came with a music troupe and presented music program few times .Heavy crowd will be there during the program and all were permitted to come inside through main gate .
We should appreciate that no unwanted scene used to create by anybody in those days.Next day, factory and office going persons do their routine and school and college going students also follows
I always remember these.

Today only I was thinking of writing a mail to you,James& Syamaprakash stating that why Golden alinders are silent .Did I made anything wrong by wring nonsense .I am happy to see your mail today. I will continue writing.

Your inquiry about Jibichayan and Molly kutty forced me to scribble
about them …now you reminded me of Vaithy (as per you) Shri.
Vaidhyanatha Iyer…my four lines about Shriman Vaidhyanatha Iyer and
his three brothers will follow…..
I shall give you jibichayan’s telephone number in august end till I
meet Vikraman….if you want urgently kindly contact James chettan who
have contact with jibichayan (I guess)
I again request you to persuade your friends to contribute, memories
of sweet golden age of alind as well as sour rusted Iron Age of alind
too in this column so as to enable James chettan to convert it as a
testimonial book
James chettan surely make corrections/alteration /additions etc and
edit and compile old photos, chronicles and souvenir etc to make our
efforts as a beautiful book by the help of laureates in English and in
Malayalam and in Hindi …..This book will be valuable/precious for
coming generations …the monetary gain by selling this book can be used
to fulfill your wonderful dream of an office of GAA, library, best
club/guest house like facilities etc there in Alind premises (this
guest house must have huge pipes in back side to enable anybody to
climb…ha ha ha ….sorry….I request that experiences to be included
in the book…again sorry)
