There's no Property record for "Start Symbol" in the XML version 5

In the version 5 XML file (as documented and in practice) the "Start Symbol" name defined in the *.grm is not written into one of the Property records.

Also, there are odd names used in the XML schema: e.g. "m_Symbol" instead of "SymbolTable", and "m_Production" etc.
