purchasing of our Gold Bar. Attached are our offer, contract agreement
and official FCO and our company Certificate of incorporation and
kindly go through our terms and procedure and confirm if there is any
amendment required on the Contract Agreement and FCO.

Also if you are a broker, we request you be our representative mandate
and we are offering you a commission of US$3000 per kg as your
commission and if you accepted kindly confirm and email us your
company full details so we will email you our appointment mandate
letter to protect your commission.

Please upon your confirmation email us your buyer passport copy for
his official letter of invitation for his visit to our office for the
inspection and interim assay of our gold in one of the government
approved refinery in Ghana before the shipment to his refinery for
final assay and payment. We also informing you we don’t accept bank
instrument on our transaction of gold.

We also sell Diamond and copper so if you have buyer or investors into
our mining farm kindly confirm and inform us.

Received your mail together with LOI, based on your mail, attached is our company's official fco, buyer should go through it and get back to us to enable us send draft contract in order to proceed on the transaction. Note that all the required documents will be send to you during export of the gold to your destination - refinery.

I have the attached parcels in Sierra Leone and the seller can offer the following:

1.POP: We can offer certified SKR copies , a
recent dated letter from the Security Company
confirming that the SKRs are still valid and that the diamonds are still held in safe custody, full DD pack on Security House , recent pictures with a local newspaper clearly showing the SKR numbers and inspector of Mines Seals , sellers individual DD
Pack which includes company registration docs,
Diamond Dealer licence as well as import and export
licence/ customs client number ext.

2. Export ability: All licenses are current
and we are able to move ahead as soon as you wish.In return they will need a SBLC
Prior to issuing POP the buyer will be required to send a bank endorsed RWA stating the buyer’s ability to issue an SBLC for the value of the parcel(s) they intend to buy. The RWA can be sent via swift or secure fax.
If your buyer is willing to do all of the above hewould need to put this in his LOI to the seller.
Please let me know and I will advise how to address the LOI. So once you confirm the above, I will tell you who the LOI should go to.
