Dear Buyer,

 

 

 Gold Dory Bars

      Origin: Guinea

      Quantity: 2,000kgs per month for 12 months with R&E

      Prices: 14% gross, 10% net discount on 2nd date LBMA prices for refined AU BULLION with 99.95% or better and 24 carats

                 

      Payment Warranty: SWIFT SBLC Non-Transferable

      Performance Bond: 2% PB SWIFT to activate the SWIFT SBLC

      Delivery Terms: CIF DUBAI AIRPORT, UAE or any other international airport in any country

     

     

 

    Payment Allocation:

    Both the buyer and the seller agree that it is buyer’s duty to pay and distribute the payment and commission as follows:

                                                                                                                                                     

   a)      65% of 86% LBMA prices is paid to the seller by the buyer.                                   

  b)     35% of 86% LBMA prices is paid to the seller mandate George Lu as his own investment which has nothing to do with the buyer and the seller

  c)      2% of LBMA prices is paid to the George Lu as the deal coordinator as the commission by the buyer

  d)     1% of LBMA prices is paid to the buyer mandate by the buyer as the commission

  e)      1% of LBMA prices is paid to the buyer brokers but with one paymaster by the buyer as the commission

 

All above payments and commissions are paid by MT103 in US Dollars by the buyer at the same date/time when paying 65% of 86% LBMA to  the seller.

 

 

If buyer accepts our terms and procedures on the Contract, kindly push the buyer to have the Contract signed back urgently.
