"Special edition" tools call on the 15th to discuss type parameters

Hi all,

I'll be hosting an ad-hoc tools call next week, on Wednesday the 15th at 15:30 UTC, to discuss the proposals for standard library support of type parameters: https://golang.org/issue/47781 and https://golang.org/issue/47916.  If you're interested, please feel free to drop in to discuss. I expect that this will be a smaller group, so my plan is to briefly summarize the proposals, talk about use-cases we've considered, and then have a discussion.  It would be great if we could identify tools that aren't well-served by the proposals.
