Go 1.13.6 and Go 1.12.15 are released

Hello gophers,

We have just released Go versions 1.13.6 and 1.12.15, minor point releases.

These releases include fixes to the runtime and to the
net/http package.

The macOS releases enable the Hardened Runtime. See
https://golang.org/issue/34986 for details.

You can download binary and source distributions from the Go web site:
    https://golang.org/dl/

To compile from source using a Git clone, update to the release with
"git checkout go1.13.6" and build as usual.
