Parsing IP from Request.RemoteAddr

Hi,

I'm trying to parse a valid IP address from Request.RemoteAddr but was wondering if my approach is correct:

Is there any other method to parse IP addresses that I've overlooked? Seems a little bit hackish to need to use 2 different functions for it.

No, You really have to do it in two steps if ports may be present.
