Development infrastructure research

Hi,
I'm working with a startup that wants to bring the first-class development infrastructure of companies like Google to engineers at companies of all sizes. This project will be an open source effort.
We are looking for software architects, software engineers, and DevOps engineers who work within companies interested in or actively transitioning from monoliths to microservices.
We would appreciate a few minutes of your time to answer a brief survey. We'll ask you to share your challenges and successes with software iteration and deployment cycles. In return for your time, we'll be happy to provide you with the results of the research.
