clean.bat cannot delete go.exe because it's in use

go clean: remove c:\go\bin\go.exe: Access is denied.

Obviously this only happens when clean is using the same go.exe
currently c:\go is a <SYMLINKD>     go [s:\workspace.go.2013\go64]

I have a feeling that this would work on linux though, because maybe only windows is locking inuse .exe-s

Any thoughts on this?
