Cannot download Go language

I am trying to download go by using following command :

$wget https://storage.googleapis.com/golang/go1.5.2.linux-amd64.tar.gz

But I am getting following error:

Resolving storage.googleapis.com (storage.googleapis.com)... 10.113.150.75

Connecting to storage.googleapis.com (storage.googleapis.com)|10.113.150.75|:443... failed: Connection timed out.

Retrying.

Google's IP is not 10.113.150.75 because 10.0.0.0/8 is a reserved private address.

Complain to your network administrator for messing with your traffic. Looks like some proxy or bad DNS.
