Why Go use 2006-01-02T15:04:05Z07:00 as standard time?

Hi,

I find go package time use 2006-01-02T15:04:05Z07:00 as standard time. Beside all fields number are different(from 1-7), what happend at that time? Does it have a special meaning to go or anyone? Or just number 1-7?

Seems no predefined layout same as that.

Seems no predefined layout same as that.

I'm pretty sure it was constructed such that arbitrary layouts would be uambiguous but that the order at least made some sort of sense.  For instance, you couldn't do any AM time, because then you couldn't tell if the format wanted 12- or 24-hour time.
