Not a book, but a simple working example. 

My scaffolder tool generates a web server in source code from a specification.

The distribution includes an example specification, so you can just download the tool, run the example and look at the result.

"Learn to Create Web Applications using Go" offers both a course and a book about the topic. I have the book and love it, and the course also looks impressive from what I can see on the landing page.
