As happenstance would have it - towards the end of last year I was coming round to the realisation we need more:

  - advocacy in general
  - community for gophers

I was hoping to kick off a meetup in Glasgow this year... Let's try and figure out the scope of demand and then try to work with that to give as much coverage and opportunity across the central belt first?

As a goal I'd hope we'll include other areas of growth or technical presence as well. So let's try and reach out to gophers in Dundee(games), Inverness(high growth), Aberdeen(oil sector hackers).
