About translating go tour

Hello, I am Soshi.

I found that go tour's jp translation (^this) is no longer maintained right now, since 6 years ago.

And I want to make new translations that I can manage, so I and someone can update those.

Though as far as I know, I cannot take "go-tour-jp.appspot.com" if someone is taking it.

Tutorial's repo has a text that I must(?) have this domain (^this file), and for those reason, I took "go-jp.dev" and I want to make an appspot for tour and target this domain.

Would you consider this, or should the domain be "go-tour-jp.appspot.com"?
