In one line: aiming for 2 nanosecond foreign calls, 4 nanoseconds

round trip; 21x faster than CGO.

I've asked for early feedback on my design for self-describing 

on call stack JIT-frames (the JIT-ed frame provides pointer maps). I'm

cross posting here to ask for user feedback too. Feel free to 

reply on golang-dev thread above with comments and critique.
