PostCSS clone for golang

I'm just getting into the PostCSS topic, and I'm wondering how up-to-date the gssp clone is (https://github.com/ysugimoto/gssp). As I understand it, there is no generator that collects structures back to css, is there? And if you can use it, how to connect modules from PostCSS?
