Is their support available for Go lang for RISCV architecture for 32-bit Linux?
a)Any plan for support?
b) If yes then when can it be available (tentative date)

No.

I'm not aware of anybody working on it.

Go is an open source project, so it will depend on somebody deciding
to work on this.

While I would certainly support a port it's not clear to me that there
is much advantage to a riscv32 support over the existing riscv64
support. Are there many riscv32 Linux machines out there?
