problem with the tool that generates posts to the "proposal: review meeting minutes" thread?

I noticed that the "policy for removing GODEBUG flags #76163" issue has been in the Accepted group of the proposal review minutes posts for several weeks now.

Typically an accepted proposal is only listed in that group one time.

@Austin Clements will know better but I suspect it's because the issue is still on our internal tracking sheet from which the post may be generated.

It's still on the tracking sheet because we (I) need to write some API/documentation around the policy.
