Related changes in gerrit

Looking at https://go-review.googlesource.com/#/c/3520/1 I see a
"Related Changes" column. How do I do that? Is it automagic?

Changes are sent to Gerrit for review by simply pushing a local branch to a magic branch name on the Gerrit server. If that branch has multiple commits off master, they each turn in to a CL and those CLs all show up in "Related Changes" for any CL in that group.
