New s390x port maintainers

Hi all,

 

I will be leaving IBM at the end of this week and will therefore no longer be the primary contact for the linux/s390x port. In the future please cc @ruixin-bao (Ruixin "Peter" Bao) and @rajaskakodkar (Rajas Kakodkar) on any s390x related issues. Peter has contributed to Go in the past while Rajas is new to Go.

 

I think the only 'code' change we need to make is to modify the CI maintainer for the linux-s390x-ibm buildlet in the build repo. Please let me know if you know of any other files we should update.

 

I would also like to take this opportunity to thank you all for the support you have given us over the last five years. It has made working on the s390x port a really enjoyable experience that I will miss. I do hope to continue to be involved in the Go project in other ways in the future.

Ian, do you, or anybody else for that matter, know if the email
addresses of the new "s390x related issues" contacts are correct?

I've sent a question about porting the CGo-free SQLite to s390x about
two weeks ago and I don't know if it reached anybody.
