gopherbot not syncing Github Pull Requests with Gerrit

Is there a reason gopherbot hasn't imported PRs on Github created in the last 5 days to Gerrit? I assume it's a bug, but this is my first time contributing to Go, so I'm not very familiar with how things work yet.

This is indeed a problem with the bot that imports GitHub Pull Requests into Gerrit that we need to resolve soon, tracked in issue 49696.
