AVX512 buildbot

Hello, is there a buildbot with AVX512 support ?

I have submitted the repro for this issue https://github.com/golang/go/issues/74767 to gerrit and the default test suite surprisingly passed.

I don't have such hardware on hand so I don't know if it's an issue with the repro or test suite.

I have had broken AVX512 tests fail on a Windows TryBot. For gomote
testing, I use gotip-linux-amd64_c3h88-perf_vs_release .

I have filed https://github.com/golang/go/issues/74772 to update the builders if possible, all current instance types should support AVX-512 (and SHA).
