Rebase dev.boringcrypto.go1.17 to 1.17.1

It seems that the dev.boringcrypto.go1.17 branch is on the `rc2` version of 1.17. Is there any chance of getting that branch updated to 1.17.1 within the next week or so?

Is this mailing list still being monitored? Is there some other avenue I should take to reach out to folks?

It would be great to have the dev.boringcrypto.go17 branch rebased so any downstream project that is reliant on it can update as well.
