Modules mirror outage?

Hi Google friends,

Reports of module fetches being delayed or stuck have been accumulating for the past few hours.

If you're already aware of it, a comment on the issue to let the community know it's on your radar would be appreciated.

Let me know if there's a more appropriate way to escalate incidents like this.

This was fixed the other day for me, but is happening again now, so it seems to be a recurrence of the issue:

$ go install github.com/canonical/pebble/cmd/pebble@latest
go: github.com/canonical/pebble/cmd/pebble@latest: no matching versions for query "latest"
$ GOPROXY=direct go install github.com/canonical/pebble/cmd/pebble@latest
$
