Commit message:

deploy: use latest Go version for gotip bootstrap

Gotip (master) now requires go1.26.0 or later to bootstrap.
Using the previous version (go1.25.x) causes the build to fail.
Remove the -prev flag from the latestgo invocation in deploy_gotip.json
to use the latest released Go version for bootstrapping.
