docs: Update list of Go AI frameworks and Google GenAI Go SDK reference

* Adds Genkit and quick summaries to the list of the AI frameworks for Go.
* Updates the Google GenAI Go SDK reference to the latest unified SDK for AI Studio and Vertex. The previous listed SDKs are deprecated.
