Commit message:

internal, cmd: integrate vector search into frontend

- Insert embedding client into fetchSearchPage so that each user query
  will have an embedding generated. This embedding will be utilized to
  search the DB for corresponding results.
- This feature is guarded by the EnableVectorSearch flag.
