Commit message:

data/reports: update GO-2026-5301

The GHSA seems to be inferring v2 and v3 of the module that do not
exist. This is causing test failures and preventing VulnDB deployment.

Update the report to only include v4, following the CVE and other
reports for this module.

For golang/vulndb#5301
