_content/doc/jsonv2-migration: encoding/json/v2 migration guide

Migration documentation for encoding/json/v2. This is intended to be
more of a walkthrough guide compared to the reference documentation at
https://pkg.go.dev/encoding/js...@go1.27rc2#hdr-Migrating_to_v2.

This is still a pretty rough first draft. I feel that it may be a bit
too casual and the later sections are pretty aburt. I start with testing
option-by-option to get the concepts across, but I'm not sure many
people will actually want to migrate that way.

This focuses on marshaling (and unmarshaling). It should perhaps also
cover migrating json.Encoder/Decoder?
