Commit message:
gopls/go.mod: update dependencies following the v0.22.0 release

This is a supplement of CL 779280, because of an unfortunate
rebase, the auto CL loose some of the intended update.

This change basically runs "go get -u all && go mod tidy" on
top of CL 779280.
