Position: J2EE Developer
Location: Jersey City, NJ
Length: 12 Months
Our client is looking for a Sr. Java Developer to do the following:
* Architecture/design. The person will need to have a deep technical understanding, having spent a significant portion of their career in a coding role.
* Analysis. The person will work with senior managers to help define their business practices and suggest solutions that improve efficiency.
* Initiative/Ownership. The person must be self-motivated, moving the project forward against any obstacles along the way.
* Communication. The person will need to influence and motivate people of various interests and seniority levels. He/she needs to show past experience in utilizing various influence skills.
* This person should be familiar with developer best practices, but also be flexible to adapt to the team's established best practices and environment.
* Team leadership. The person should have some leadership experience, focused on project delivery.
EXPERIENCE/SKILLS
The candidate should also meet these additional requirements:
* Business analysis skills in solving complex problems

* Java: JSPs, Servlets
