Looking for a .Net/Web Architect for an open position with a large Financial Institution.
Candidate would have over 12 to 15 years of IT experience with 7+ years of .NET development. Recent experience as a senior architect would be welcomed.
The architect would also be responsible for presenting accurate and comprehensive documents recommending standards for the development of .net and j2ee/SOA webapps .
Should be able to produce .net based prototypes and provide inputs on designing a development cookbook for desktop applications.
Excellent knowledge of current standards in a .net development environment.
Experience in a J2EE web applications is a plus.
Experience with Silverlight/Flex a plus.
Excellent communication skills.
Position requires telecommuting with occasional visits to the client site .
