Hostel Fee Payment

Small changes expected in the Hostel Fee Payment scheme. 

The challans for the hostel fee payment will already be written in and all the students need to do is collect them upon arrival. Secondly, the acknowledgement slip can be collected from the wardens who will be present at their respective hostels. I know that this could be done in many better ways, but considering the time things take to get fixed, I think this will help a little in avoiding those long sweaty lines. For the time being.
